We currently offer delivery to all postcodes within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Processing and Dispatch Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
3. UK Delivery Service and Timeframes
We offer one simple, cost-effective shipping method:

5. Failed Delivery
- If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order (e.g., due to an incorrect address provided by you), the parcel will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a re-delivery (which may incur a further £2.00 shipping fee) or process a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
