Our Promise
We want you and your child to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, please read the details below to understand your rights and how to return your item.
Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your book to request a return and refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- The book must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing Sales@PeterBates-HolisticBooks.com.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@PeterBates-HolisticBooks.com, including your order details and a photo of the issue.
We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Digital Download
Each book includes access to a downloadable meditation.
Once you download or stream this meditation, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel this part of your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you haven’t yet accessed the download and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Email Sales@PeterBates-HolisticBooks.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Package the item securely and post it back to us within 14 days of confirming your cancellation.
- Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or within 14 days of your cancellation notice if no goods were sent).
Delivery charges will be refunded at the standard rate only.
